I am curious...Koos was/is a broker (had no clue of this before now) and worked with such firms as Smith Barney, why in the hell would he do business with the likes of Southridge & Asher? Known toxic finance companies. And how could he not know his stock was being traded on the Berlin exchange?
Being a broker, he knows how to file for a CUSIP change if nefarious play is suspected. Such has been suspected and told to him by his shareholders for a while. Not just me. So, why no change? And what in the hell happened today?
This is not indicative of ineptitude.
Today's PR makes no sense to me. For a number of reasons, too.
The promo's make no sense to me.
The timing makes no sense to me.
The volume and the pps make no sense to me.
What just happened?
