All I can share at this point is that Cannabee is now a subsidiary of iEquity.

The co-founders (Liani Johnson and David DeGeeter) will remain on-board. We can not comment on specifics of the deal at this point other than to confirm how excited we are to be working with Medical Greens to realize the potential of our projects, products and services to market on an International Stage.
