Did only some quick reading of old and settled customer complaints you were referring to. I seems as though they were customers not happy with their loss and attempted to make the broker liable for the loss. So the broker, not interested in money and time in court just paid for claimed losses. There is more there of course, but that seems to be the bulk of it. Not anything to worry about imo.
