Really...........hind sight is 20/20, but I still wonder why so many shares on a partial payment for the note.  Hell we could have sold 50m into the open market, back then at 2-3 cents a share and retired the entire note/ debt, and would be for the better as of now............................si.............woulda, coulda, shoulda.......................it is what it is..............LET US MOVE FORWARD.
