why would they cover when there is no reason to? The sugar coated news today of the FDA bitch slapping BMSN for not giving the FDA incomplete info is a reason to be short BMSN if you can do so. The company gave no info on how it's going to pay for this new trial. Will KOOS  reach out to PG to ask her to open up a lemonade stand to collect money for it? I dunno!
