In regard to point #8, this contact simply did not know the answer to that question.


The North Cal relationship appears more complicated than most people thought.  Both these companies are still extremely tight, but the funding issue is not something they are involved with at the present.  However, could they become more involved?  I suspect they could.  The question might be what degree of control might they demand?  In my opinion, I would not rule anything out at this point in the game.
