The only thing new I see is a fax cover sheet by cwrn's attorney responding to Geos continual discovery games-cant see rest of doc- these pretrial ambulance chaser games arent really news especially when repeated ad infinitum, as I've said before it just confuses laymen, and sometimes lawyers too because the games violate court rules and notice requirements etc
they are pretrial jockeying games-when judgment is decided THAT will be news
remember also cwrn has a much bigger suit against Geo in CA for scores of actual and punitive damages in13 counts, including RICO, so whatever happens in TX CWRN should receive a net "profit", whatever u want to call it, from these suits
