Excellent! Thank you Snowey. I had not seen that before. I saw the launch was delayed for this acquisition, but didn't see the actual link. 

Now, if we can just get "shareholder's cost"  and who did the independent valuation of this, we should be 2 steps ahead. 

(I was invested before in VLCO before the big blow up there. Would be a hoot if the acquired library was their's.............  yikes..........)
