A lot of people are in the same situation and I have told everyone what I am about to tell you, do you feel like the $$$ amount you would get for dumping your shares is going to make or break you? If you feel like it's a lesson learned, I would hold and wait for a POP. If you think you can reinvest in another company, lets say a gold company, and make back up some of those losses then you should. 
So being down that much, you might as well hold because it's a gamble ether way.
