One further line of questioning, which is probably moot, since no one knows the particulars of the deal:

What type of content was obtained? Is it public domain? Is it retro? Is it children's programming? Maybe adult content? Religious? Cartoons? Sporting events? 

2000 hours of programming is nice, but if it's all old news reel footage.......... who cares? 

Also, how does this programming fit into the VU TV targeted audience? Does it? 

I guess we're supposed to be happy with 2000 hours of programming and just "trust" the buyer (with our money) that he did a good thing.
