Also, Baltia has hired several professionals in Michigan, who will be instrumental in completing the Baltia certification - a Dispatch Manager/trainer and a person with a great deal of experience in being a liason between a certificating carrier and the FAA, specializing in SAI's, Safety, and other key certification disciplines. This bodes well for Baltia's relationship with the FAA's CMT (Certification Management Team) assigned to help get Baltia certified.
