MIHL Board has verified that after sept 3, 2012 (labor day) that the paperwork will be submitted to the OTC for removal..Audited financials come out shortly after for Q3, Bank of America could be added to that financial report. Funding from the Brazilian Gov. will be posted in Q4 financials due to the expected date being october 15, 2012 at the earliest.

Either way Q3 financials will be Audited, skull and crossbones will be removed and Bank of America may or may not be included in the Q3 financials but most certainly in Q4 Financials!

Ide say Q4 financials will be when business gets good becuase funding will be in the Bank account of MIHL. They can then start opening for business while confirming and finalizing the rest of their business.
