Speaking of San Fran, you know how e-cigs are all the rage now with the hipsters? Do they have e-blunts? I mean if they are extracting the CBD, I would think they can package it same as a e-cig so you don't have to actually light up.

Would be funny if people were converting e-cigs into e-blunts though, and smoking that in public.
