I agree with you on just about all of your points.  You know I've been here since the beginning and I'm not going anywhere.  I'm not a flipper.  But they need to step up how they communicate.  No excuse for not using a wire service that actually gets their news out.  And they have plenty of news they could update us on more often.
Am I frustrated?  Yes.  Some.  But mostly I'm embarrassed that I recommended this to friends that actually bought it.
I'm still buying.  Just not as  much, and not as often.
