Golf balls are strictly regulated. Any changes to the interior or exterior needs to be approved by the PGA, I believe. Golf, believe it or not, is one of the most regulated sports as far as equipment goes. The average Joe could use a prohibited ball, but his scores would not count in any tournament or towards membership in the PGA. I don't get the golf cart cooler thing, but I do see other avenues in the game that could be right up CYBK's alley. For instance, some type of tablet on the carts where you could pay for your round, order lunch for the ninth hole turn, weather updates and possible notification if you're playing too slow, etc.

BTW, the silicone dildo field is wide open. Just sayin'  You know how many Tom Brady dildo's you could sell.
