I confirmed with the company that there was indeed a mishap with the trademark--HemXellerate was never intended for trademark protection. HemaXellerate was/is since it is the product to be marketed. Therefore, HemXellerate trademark was intentionally "abandoned". As previously noted, the process for HemaXellerate is processing as it should.
