You do not have to file ANYTHING to do toxic financing. Come on, Steve. Do you think we're all idiots?  The reason the A/S, O/S, float, and everything else related to this stock has become so freakin' bloated is because of TOXIC FINANCING.  Go ahead, Steve. Explain to everyone on this board what toxic financing is.  Explain it in layman's terms, and everyone will see you're not telling the truth when you state, "I haven't sold a single share."
