Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but bond holders are always paid first, stock holders last. Since the only holders are stock holders (CTIX has not raised money by issuing any corporate bonds) us stock holders get paid first. I assume any warrants would be exercised, so ant sale would be divided into the entire outstanding. I'm guessing the pipeline would go on the market today for multiples of the current market capitalization of CTIX, so 'IF' it happened we would still make out like bandits! BUT, we know that just aint in the cards for CTIX, not with the guys we have running the show. We make our several multiples the good old fashion way of bring several multi-Billion dollar revenue stream products to market - it's gonna be epic to watch it unfold in the coming months.
