The worst that can happen right now is the low price attracts buyers that slowly and quietly accumulate shares and when they have that 51% (controlling interest) even when reported correctly after they hit 10% can then offer a minimal increase in the share price and buy the rest of the shares.  And right now that controlling interest is at about $500,000.
