BS! The PPS would have been higher if not for you claiming, that you had learned from past mistakes and did not want the O/S and A/S to over extend.
Well guess what, we are where we are because you over extended with nothing to show for it, AGAIN.
The company would have had ZERO problems with the PPS or raising money if this did not happen and you actually showed us some light.
Still with the original O/S, A/S, and float, ICPA HAD, we would not have fallen nearly this far.
