I did not know we would close the deal till yesterday and if we did not close we would have launched with the 8 shows. The delay is in the best interest of the company.  We closed the deal and the made the decision to delay.  We are a small company that is launching a network.  Investing in us is way more risky then Apple or NBC.  If you want a more stable company we are not there yet. But even NBC who owns the new Esquire Network delayed the network from this summer to September 29th and Apple delayed iPhone launches many times.
