still waiting on financials,hopefully audited as per KMG IR,prospectus,sec reg statement etc--
financials, esp audited, have always taken longer than every penny I can remember has predicted,and here we have the additional complication of a transition to new management
when the PR came out I was surprised by the short time they estimated for these things but they were so confident I thought they must have something up their sleeve,and my own practice is if I give my word on a timeline to help somebody out I'll go for a week without sleep if necessary to make sure any promised timelines are met
