You always have to refer to the Spac rules when dealing with this stock now.  Remember the financials had to be audited in order for the approval on the SPAC.. that would cost some money to do and whole lot of hassel and clean up work!  They don't just hand out SPAC's... So it is not a matter of the deal going through.  we are waiting on FINRA to approve the MERGER! the other board is saying it all wrong! In short EVERYTHING is done except approval from FINRA!

Cal-bay would have never cleaned up the finacials and removed the stop sign, updating the OTC for the benefit of their own shell. with a 3bill AS it was DONE, TRASHED, The SPAC allows this to happen and clean the shell up!!! PERIOD!
