This gives the MMs 30+ more days to play with the stock and make money pushing it up and down.  It also costs the company another 40K for the month to keep everyone happy and pay bills, etc.  Maybe the VU part of the name also needs to be changed to avoid a conflict with that other company in England using similar name.
