IMO...MSFT was up to their eyeballs in theft of NEOM's tech...Saw the chit coming down btwn Sammy & Apple...and ran to cover their arse!

MSFT will be using NEOM's tech, have been planning on it....!!

NEOM had the Upper hand ...imo...and possibly gave more than $1 Billion away in potential legal matters!!...by going with a "COVENANT NOT TO SUE"...if that was the case??

Sure Hope NEOM leveraged this deal, as they should have!!
