I am in the same camp as you. Retirement is coming up fast in the rear view mirror so I will need some additional cash at the start of the new year. I will sell 10% of my KMAGNIFICENT shares for that cash, sell 50% of the remaining shares sometime in "14. The remainder stays held to see what the future brings! Buyout or the big board!
