Cambertire is a real entity and a merger ,aquisition,subsidiary, etc has been formally announced. It has been aknowledged by the
bears here as well. Wether is comes to fruition is still speculation at this point.
Filing to the SEC? Many companies do not file to the SEC. Many companies do not file at all and still return nice gains to investors .
The bears who post have agendas just like the bulls have agendas.
This is a stock trading forum and we talk/trade stocks.
I am hedging that this has more upside potential than down on the FACT that Cambertire is a real entity with a product that is sold today and if the deal goes through huge gains will be realized by many who stay the course.
Even with the rumor of an offer or a buyout from a major player in the automotive industry , the pps would soar.
Do you think CBYIs management does not know this?
