The scorn that was heaped upon my head for saying a 10Q would come by November 15th (instead of the historically seen 10K by December 31st or Jan 15th deadline) was considerable but CDFT will probably have the last laugh again... This will be for the Q ending this coming September 30th... 

I got a feeling.... this next 10Q is special... woo hoo...
