Bells, you have some good case law background. You ain't kidding when you are saying defamation, character assassination and tortious interference. I'll add that causes for action exists also for coercion, fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, deceit, stock price rigging/manipulation and on and on (racketeering also; they are a criminal enterprise).
