I can't figure out how to post a picture (screenshot) here. Someone asked if IG was free from liability because he is only posting his "opinions." Here is an excerpt of a post by him on 8/25/13. Nowhere does he indicate this this is only "his opinion." Nowhere does he disclose that he is being paid to post defamatory comments about SKTO. Isn't this a false statement posted on the internet for the purpose of damaging the reputation of our company?

Then all I heard was how can SKTO be a Pump and Dump if it isn’t listed on the PumpsandDumps.com website – well they have made it there also.
