Umm that doesn't make any sense, if you collected 3 welfare checks and filed in August when you were laid off you wouldn't have got one for at least 2-3 weeks, then every other week. Your time period is way off if you collected 3.... Not to mention the third one would have been against the law, as you are now working again? You would have had to have filed as soon as you got a job....
