DTL, for your information, data suggest that only about one in five companies live for a period longer than five years.  Think about that, and yes, look it up.  If that is correct, and for sure it's been a few years ago that I read those statistics, then only 20% of companies actually make it long term.  Treaty is into at least it's fourth year, I think.  And from the looks of things, they are finally getting more drilling opportunity that could lead them to being cashflow positive.  That would be a huge success in it's own position.  Their chances of making it are now better than average, and that's a good sign for investors.
