Russ49:  CalBay still has over a month to exercise their option to merge with Cambertire. I have to believe they will make it happen because it is in their best interest to do so. Not by just a little, but by a huge amount. Any blind person can see that. Yes, they have dragged their feet, but now things are starting to happen, as evidenced by release of their financials . More will follow soon and CalBay is not out of the picture yet.
