Seems like there are 2 teams then; one bashes only, the other team manipulates the price.
If the bashers talked about the trades or level 2 then they are tied into rigging the stock price.
They are acting disjointly to "keep things legal" (conspiracy is there no doubt about it). Conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor is a Felony.
