A turnaround is a break threw in science for me,as the last balance sheet is a company with  its decreasing revenue, losses and decreasing equity as low as currently. Those future cash flows will hopefully kick in soon. The risk/reward ratio is attractive. I tend to agree that the addition shares of this particular individual as CEO is more than just interesting. My guess is that he looked over that license pretty carefully before he signed on. This one will require a little me knuckled patience but I think it will be a nice ride.
