Lots of good points are already being made. To most, I will respond as such -- a team here and I reviewed the risks, cons, and competition. All points are valid, but only a few REALLY matter when looking at BMSN as an BMSN investment. No intelligent investor would disagree that strong management and a hot market are arguably the two biggest keys to success... ...and as of Dr, David Suhy hiring, BMSN now has both. Doesn't seem like this will be highly dilutives with the grants despite the "hot" story. Financing is never attractive in these cases, unless the stock takes off, which may happen here.
