What the SEC could come up with for the OTC is a sliding barometer........matrix system that measure's loyalty and company commitment along the way.
pass with a 87 % you get a 100% of the companies rewards
under 76 % now its based and measured by % of bashings.........run through the matrix system and you end up with 22% of your companies rewards.
What a system...............I have one at work....it works too.
