The thyristor of MS7 is a very big component of POET not just for the military side but for the commercial side as well. Not just a phased array for incoming and outgoing optical signalling or laser detection and missile countermeasures but a new generation of memory. Milestone 7 is the thyristor and is scheduled to be announced by the end of the month and is expected to generate a military deal.
