Nevada company can continue to operate as current under the previous entity.
SEC Suspension is debatable. What would be the grounds for such a suspension? Looks like filing were made, maybe missing annual report????
OTC Greymarket - Grey Market is the classification of a security that is not listed, traded or quoted on any U.S. stock exchange, the FINRA BB or OTC Link. I believe CBYI is and will continue to be LISTED. NOT DEBATABLE!
So, if you can show me why the company cant operate under a previous and current Nevada license and give grounds for suspension other than your opinion, then you have no grounds for your statement!
