Porky- here is what I have been able to determine so far-
The original trademark for HEMXELLERATE was filed on 6-28-12.

t his trademark registration was recently abandoned on 9-2-13.
the trademark registration for HEMAXELLERATE was filed on 4-2-13.

i s still active and as we know was published for opposition on 8-27-13.
I'm guessing here but I believe this was done simply to correct the spelling, once the error was caught...I also believe it may have been somehow related to the license they purchased from I believe it was oregon state on the technology expiring...
Some of those that are more knowlegeable than I could explain much better I expect.
