Market doesn't give a chit about 10Q, TECO plans, TECO PR's, etc.  When will TECO change the market's perception of their ability to succeed?  Based on daily volumes;  most couldn't sell their millions of shares if they wanted to.  Let's hope that the changes to operations and these proposed projects are successful.  Tell me I'm wrong! BEEN READY FOR YEARS!
