PG...I totally agree with your comment "Again, the trademark status will have no bearing on whether or not the proposed treatment will be approved or denied for clinical trials. But, from a legal standpoint, in order to protect the company and its product, paperwork must be revamped. "
I posted the steps of the Trademark process (both here and iCrap) pointing out potential timelines so everyone would understand the announcement of IND approval (if or when approved) may be delayed by those time frames to ensure some sort of protection is in place. Not that it will eliminate the naysayers regarding the possibility of the IND approval announcement being delayed and using that to their advantage to cry wolf and make their false claims and assumptions that BMSN is a "scam" and whinning there must be problems with the FDA to scare ppl out of their shares. It's just a never ending battle!! Lol
