VELT - I believe there is an opportunity coming here. If you look closely there is basically a battle between shorts and longs. However, we are have noticed the buys are starting to now outweigh the sells. I think we are getting close to a run here. It may be short lived move, but there is money to be made. Im using a target of .55 as of moment.
