I agree Klip. Lee leaving could benefit the company but what has been previously mentioned about Warren, his history and the Malaysia Investors ( if there were any ) is another down fall for Treaty. My thought is he chose not to be part of Treaty because of  the ongoing daily problems they are  facing. Good luck finding a replacement for him.
