this was a scare tactic earlier sent to me,in which shorters indicated new management didnt even know they would have to register w sec -which is insane-its right in the PR, which I already answered as follows,but truth is irrelevant as far as they are concerned:
I fail to see why Bob,who is no longer involved, would have to register anything
New management will register the new stock,as they said in the PR-nothing scary about that
as the PR says
"Said KMG shares shall be held, in trust, by the Escrow Agent (transfer agent) pending effectiveness of a registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933."
