Chess, I noticed something in the article you just posted about 4k:
The signal was then carried on the IntelsatOne terrestrial network to Intelsat’s teleport in Germany, where it was uplinked to Intelsat 1W using Newtec equipment.
What I noticed was GERMANY (Intelsat). Now dutv twitter acct is registered to a company in Germany, could it be Intelsat???
