My understanding is that the information on that site is updated in accordance to the financials submitted and are current to the date of the filing. IMO, that means as of June 30th, she still was President. 

Since fins were filed late, and there was no Subsequent Events listed, my inclination would be that as of the date of the actual filing, it would also be true.
