Aaron Alexis cited for misconduct eight times, Navy officials say













































The former reservist identified by authorities as the gunman in Monday’s rampage at the Washington Navy Yard was cited for insubordination and disorderly conduct during his Navy career, authorities said  Tuesday .

The news comes as the Southeast Washington base reopened to essential personnel and investigators searched for clues to Aaron Alexis's motive.
