"On June 20, 2013 the Company entered a confidential “letter of Intent” to acquire certain business, assets and intellectual properties of a California medical research group. The group focuses their efforts on certain published properties and patented medical extraction processes. The Company intends to expand the licensing opportunities of the acquired assets."
