Whatever is being acquired needs to be completed first (either successfully or terminated), the the audit takes place. The process runs over several months as the mid-year update indicated. Don't expect the audit to complete much before the end of 4Q2013 and more likely 1Q2014.

Its frustrating to wait, but the big rewards should come through if Chris and Oren are real.
